Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the commercial or retail industry.
  • Knowledge of taxation and financial regulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Record and verify daily financial transactions, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Monitor expense allocations and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial reviews.
  • Assist in closing monthly/year-end accounting cycles.
  • Analyse financial data to support decision-making for commercial and retail operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of taxation and financial regulations is preferred.
