Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for daily transactions and month-end adjustments (e.g., depreciation, accruals).
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely completion of financial reports.
• Perform bank, escrow, payment gateway (PG), and funder reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing for journal entries and payment records.
• Conduct fluctuation and variance analysis to support management review and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting operations, audit, or finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with integrity.
