We are PT Adigana Perkasa Mandiri, a trusted Platinum Distributor of Honeywell gas detectors in Indonesia. With over a decade of experience, we specialize exclusively in gas detector products—both portable and fixed—serving key industrial sectors such as oil & gas, marine, mining, and manufacturing.

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and performance‑driven Account Officer – Cilegon Area who is ready to take ownership of their territory and grow into a sales leadership role, based on achievement and strategic contribution.

Qualification
  • Minimum education: D3 or higher in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Officer, Telemarketing, Sales, or Canvasser.
  • Experience in gas detector, instrument, or technology industries is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of B2B business models and sales methodologies.
  • Target‑oriented, strategic, and outgoing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Willing to attend several training sessions in Jakarta for 2–3 months.
Job Description
  • Perform cold‑calling, tele‑sales, and tele‑marketing to new customers, exploring opportunities and offering solutions for leak detection technologies.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions (maintenance services, calibration units, additional units, or full coverage gas/flame system technologies).
  • Conduct regular visits, product presentations, and negotiations, building trust with potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports on activity, pipeline development, CRM updates, and customer visits to the Branch Manager.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase product usage and regular maintenance.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations promptly while ensuring service standards.

Location: Cilegon Area, Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia.
