About the role

PT. Global Infotech Solution is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, office-based role in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening key client relationships to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients and identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Create strategic sales plans, identify opportunities, and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and articulate product value.
  • Collaborate with Presales and Postsales teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-specific matters.
  • Consistently meet or exceed company goals and sales targets.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, specializing in IT solutions, system integration, or product management.
  • Established market relationships, including managing at least 5 existing accounts.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity Solutions/product (Paloalto, F5, Fortinet).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Storage, Business Continuity solutions, and Corporate System Solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
