Qualification
(Yogyakarta Placement – Full-Time)
Own the Client Relationship
- Act as the primary relationship owner for key corporate and government clients.
- Build trust, understand client goals, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
- Be the face of SUHU — articulate, responsive, and solutions-driven.
Craft Tailored Learning Solutions
- Conduct site visits, diagnose client pain points, and translate needs into solutions.
- Develop training and consulting proposals in collaboration with Education, Product, and SMEs.
- Bring clarity and structure to client challenges — and turn them into opportunities.
Lead Negotiations & Close Deals
- Drive price, scope, and SLA negotiations with confidence.
- Ensure deals strike the right balance between client success and company profitability.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from proposal to contract signing.
Orchestrate Flawless Delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (Learning Ops, Education, GA, SMEs, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor timelines, quality, and client satisfaction from pre- to post-delivery.
- Make every project experience feel smooth, structured, and professional.
Grow the Account
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
- Track project health and proactively manage risks.
- Maintain an active pipeline and contribute to long-term revenue sustainability.
Manage the Admin Backbone
- Ensure complete documentation: contracts, POs, invoices, reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure smooth billing and collections.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves
- Proven experience as an Account Manager / Client Partner / Business Development professional.
- Strong background in managing B2B and B2G clients.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence.
- Solid negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or project delivery.
- Ability to be placed and work from Yogyakarta.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Training, Consulting, EduTech, HR Solutions, or similar industries.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines, and multiple parallel projects.
- Enjoy collaborating with diverse internal teams.
