• Food Preparation & Compliance:Prepare and store food items in line with Hospital and Sodexo standards, ensuring quality and safety.
• Stock Management:Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and implement stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Safety & Hygiene:Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and uniform guidelines.
• Customer Engagement:Provide outstanding service, promote our brands, and suggest additional products to enhance the customer experience.
• Transaction Handling:Operate tills accurately, manage revenue, and keep precise records.
• Continuous Development:Participate in training sessions and performance reviews to foster personal growth.

• Experience:Background in food service within a fast-paced setting.
• Certifications:Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred.
• Skills:Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills.
• Attitude:A proactive approach to learning, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
