What the role will include:
  • Provide strategic leadership across HR, organisational design and development, learning & development, talent management, wellbeing, and communications.
  • Champion the ongoing development and enhancement of their People and Communications functions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Embed a systemic approach to culture, colleague experience, and wellbeing.
  • Oversee strategic internal and external communications, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Advise the Executive and Senior Leadership Group on people, culture, and communications matters.
