A local recruitment agency is seeking care staff to work in a residential care home in Burton upon Trent. The role involves providing personal care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. Candidates should have relevant training and experience in care settings. Shift hours include weekends, offering a rate of £13.00 per hour. Training opportunities are available for those without current qualifications.

- Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months.
- Up to date training in Infection Control and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
- Referenceable work history required.
- At least 3 months experience in a similar setting.
Responsabilités
- Attend to personal care needs like toileting, bathing, and dressing.
- Aid residents with mobility and nutritional needs.
- Promote physical and psychological well-being.
- Provide warm and friendly care to enhance quality of life.
Connaissances
Earn up to £137 per day with local weekend work within the Burton Upon Trent Area.
You will be working in a beautiful residential care home that caters for up to 27 service users within Burton on Trent. The home delivers the highest standard of care for the elderly who are living with age‑related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
You will follow tailored care needs for each resident, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care. You will attend to personal care needs such as toileting, bathing, and dressing.
You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.
You will be there throughout the day to promote an enhanced quality of life to the service user, giving them warm and friendly care no matter what the circumstance.
- An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
- Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
- A Referenceable work history
- At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

This role offers ongoing weekend hours.
- 08:00 to 20:00
- 08:00 to 15:00
- 15:00 to 22:00
Declared rate of pay for this role is £13.00 per hour.
