Job description

Earn up to £137 per day with local weekend work within the Burton Upon Trent Area.

You will be working in a beautiful residential care home that caters for up to 27 service users within Burton on Trent. The home delivers the highest standard of care for the elderly who are living with age‑related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

You will follow tailored care needs for each resident, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care. You will attend to personal care needs such as toileting, bathing, and dressing.

You will aid their mobility and nutritional needs, whilst ensuring that physical and psychological wellbeing is the utmost priority.

You will be there throughout the day to promote an enhanced quality of life to the service user, giving them warm and friendly care no matter what the circumstance.

Requirements
  • An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
  • Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving and Handling training
  • A Referenceable work history
  • At least 3 months experience within a similar setting

If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

This role offers ongoing weekend hours.

  • 08:00 to 20:00
  • 08:00 to 15:00
  • 15:00 to 22:00

Declared rate of pay for this role is £13.00 per hour.
