A leading water utility company is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee operations in Waste Treatment. This role focuses on managing a team, ensuring safety compliance, and improving operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in operational management. A competitive salary of up to £47,000 per annum is offered along with excellent benefits including generous annual leave and a pension scheme.
This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in one of our most critical roles within Waste Treatment as a front line performance manager. You will have two key accountabilities; firstly to manage and support your team and secondly to manage the process. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and improvement of 3 sewage treatment works, through the effective leadership and direction of resources.
Base location: Esher - Surrey - KT108AU
Working pattern or hours: 36 Hours per week (Mon-Fri)
