Water jobs in Gran Bretaña

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on high-end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3-4 different sites a day.

The company will provide you with a van and fuel card, and you will be covering central London and Greater London. The sites include cinemas, shops, and high-end flats.

• Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, and HIUs
• Hot water cylinder checks
• Pumps and heat exchangers
• Fire alarm testing
• VRVs and VRHs
• Underfloor heating
• Small installation work

• Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalent

• Salary up to 46K, dependent on experience
• Van can be used for personal usage
