Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in motors, control panels and ATEX equipment, looking to take the next step into a senior leadership role?

Established for over 20 years, this specialist engineering organisation is a recognised leader within the pumping and electrical engineering sector and is now part of a larger national group operating across the UK and internationally. With a growing client base and continued investment in infrastructure and people, they are now looking to appoint an Electrical Repairs Supervisor to lead their Liverpool Repair Centre.

In this role you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day planning, organisation and supervision of the electrical workshop. You will manage a multi‑disciplinary team of around 12 engineers including electricians, mechanical engineers and panel repair specialists. You will ensure all inspection, maintenance and repairs are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with all legal, regulatory and SHEQ requirements. You will also play a key role in developing your team through training, performance management and technical support.

This role would suit an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician with proven ATEX experience, a strong understanding of motors and control panels and a passion for leading and developing engineering teams.

• Working from the Liverpool workshop
• Plan, schedule and manage workshop activity to maximise productivity
• Line management of approximately 12 workshop engineers
• Repairing a range of plant equipment including motors and pump systems

• Electrical NVQ Level 3 / ECS Gold Card
• Proven ATEX experience
• Background working with motors, pumps, water treatment, or manufacturing equipment
• Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader
