FLT Counterbalance Operator - Early Shifts in Chilled Warehouse
Job summary
A logistics company in Tewkesbury is seeking an FLT Counterbalance operator on a temp to perm contract. The role involves operating the counterbalance FLT, assisting with order picking, and ensuring safety standards. The ideal candidate will hold a suitable FLT license and have experience in a chilled warehouse environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this position. Starting pay is £13.17, increasing to £13.53 with training.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a chilled warehouse environment preferred.
- Own transport is essential for early morning shifts.
Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently.
- Assist with order picking and stock rotation.
- Observe Health and Safety at all times.
- Support colleagues across the warehouse and production teams.
