Responsibilities

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Parts Assistant at our Bolton depot.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

To support and manage deliveries both inbound and outbound of the depot accurately and efficiently to company guidelines. General duties within the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Ensure all goods in and out tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
• Ensure where applicable stock is labelled / barcoded and part stock locations are live.
• Pick and pack all NPAC orders, including internal van and depot replenishments & external OTC customer sales to a high standard.
• Maintain both depot and van stock to a predetermined level.
• Process any internal and external returns.
• Assist with the return of warranty items.
• Monitor and control the levels of required packaging materials.
• Carry out Franchise stock checks and assist with annual stock checks.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work area carrying out general housekeeping tasks in accordance with Healthy and Safety.

Experience :

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Enthusiasm and ability to learn and progress within the company
• Desirable – Forklift experience
