Qualifications
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Deputy/Assistant Manager.
- Proven ability to manage daily operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of cost control and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Manage labor, stock, budgets, and costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team.
Skills
Salary : £30,000 per annum
Full-time - permanent - straight daytime shifts - alternate weekends off
Own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager, or strong Deputy / Assistant Manager to take the lead in a busy, well established venue - working straight daytime shifts only, with no evenings ever!
As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operation of this busy, quality and customer service led restaurant. You'll lead from the front - ensuring smooth service, inspiring your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food, service and presentation.
