A leading home care provider is seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to join a supportive team in Leighton Buzzard. You will assist clients with personal care, daily tasks, and community engagement, ensuring high care standards. Flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, are available. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated and caring, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Help with washing & dressing.
- Assist with shopping & meal preparation.
- Prompt medication as needed.
- Support with daily routines and leisure activities.
- Facilitate social interactions and community access.
Skills
Hours: Flexible. You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks as agreed between the customer and Caremark. The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.
