Job summary
A private hospital in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join their friendly team. The role involves scrubbing for various cardiac procedures, developing patient assessment practices, and leading quality improvements. The ideal candidate will have a post registered qualification in a relevant clinical cardiac speciality and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be working as a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse and will be responsible for the following;
- Scrub for a variety of cardiac cath lab procedures
- Develop practice in the assessment of health and wellbeing needs
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
- Contribute to quality improvements
- Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice within the speciality of cardiology
- Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions
- Post registered qualification in an appropriate clinical cardiac specialism
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role in the UK
- Experience scrubbing for a variety of cardiac cath lab procedures
- Compassionate and emphatic
- Ability to showcase excellent patient care
- Strong communication skills
