EnViva,part of theSonderwell Group is looking for Complex Care Assistants in the Norwich (Taverham) area.

COMPLEX CARE OPPORTUNITY

Training opportunities for the right person

You may be required to drive for this role due to the location.

Location – Taverham, Norwich

Days of work - Monday - Sunday

Nights 7.00pm- 7.30am

Hourly Rate :

Monday – Friday nights £14.18 per hour

weekend nights - £14.70

A little bit about me and my background

I had a spinal stroke at a young age (More information will be shared at the interview stage), which has impacted my life dramatically. I have an NGtube for drainage only everything goes via Jejunostomytube, and due to the severity of my scoliosis, I also have a BiPap to support my breathing during the night.

I have a wide range of interests and can chat with you about anything!

I love being around people and a few of my favourite things are watching TV, playing on my PS5, baking, doing short outings, and watching my favourite football team.

We would love to welcome new carers who can bring positive energy and have a great personality to our team, but someone who is reliable and knowledgeable of my medical needs to be able to help me with my daily care.

We are looking for someone with the following experience but would be happy to train the right person for the role. :

  • Helping me with personal care
  • Administering my medication
  • Jejunostomy feeding.
  • suprapubic catheter care
  • Bowel Suppository insertion
  • Non-invasive ventilation BiPAP
  • Oral suctioning
  • Pressure Area Care
  • Manual handling
  • Must be able to drive due to location
  • You must also have complex care knowledge, but training will be given.

Excellent training as well as ongoing Nurse supervision and support. There is also the opportunity to accompany my family and I on UK holidays, which are always fun as I enjoy getting out and about when feeling well. I have a wonderful and loyal team of day and night support workers who I love very much and who will help support you when you join our team.
