Job summary
A leading care service is seeking an experienced Registered Residential Care Manager in Bury, England. You will oversee the operations of a residential care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in care home management, strong leadership skills, and up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations. This is an opportunity to lead a team, implement best practices, and truly make a difference in the lives of residents. Salary is £40,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a care home and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the care sector.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the Care Act, CQC regulations, and safeguarding policies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee management of the residential care home ensuring high care standards.
- Lead and manage the care staff team, providing training and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards, implementing best practices.
