Clinical Care Manager – Burford

Annual Salary: £55K – £58K + benefits

About the Role

Assist the General Manager to manage the Home smoothly, efficiently, and cost‑effectively. You will deputise for the General Manager as required and take the lead on all clinical and care matters, ensuring the home delivers quality standards of care and enabling residents to live full and independent lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for residents, ensuring they live as full and active a life as possible.
  • Create a happy, secure, and efficient atmosphere through professional leadership and employee coordination.
  • Oversee standards of care by ensuring effective audits, supervision, and communication.
  • Maintain compliance with operating policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead clinical and care matters, building a climate of well‑being and efficiency.
