Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a care-coordinator role.
  • 2 years or more experience as a Care/Support Worker.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in daily operations.
  • Create and input staff rotas using company software.
  • Conduct monthly audits of medication and care notes.
  • Assist with staff supervision and training.
  • Ensure high-quality and person-centred care.
  • Manage staff vacancies and assist with recruitment.
  • Develop care plans and risk assessments.
