Thejobinvolvessignificantinterpersonalinteractionwithbothclientsandinvestorsinthepreparationandpresentationofbusinessplans,informationmemorandaandsupportingfinancialanalysis.Thereisalsoabusinessdevelopmentaspect,withthechancetodevelopskillsbothoriginatingbusinessandaddingtotheteam’sexpertisewithintheIndustrialsector.

• 2-3years of professional experience
• Existing affinity to the Industrial sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience (will be a plus)
• Finance Qualification (ACA, for example)
• Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skillset
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with in a team
• A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
