Job summary
An educational staffing company is seeking a Tutor for one-to-one tutoring, focusing on Maths, Science, and English for students aged 4-15. This role involves face-to-face sessions in the student's home, aimed at delivering personalized learning experiences. Candidates should have a minimum of UK teaching or SEN experience, be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS, and provide professional references. The position offers a long-term contract with 30 hours of work per week, at an hourly rate of £30-£35.
Qualifications
- Minimum of UK school/teacher/SEN experience.
- Must hold an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one).
- Must provide a minimum of two years of professional references.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, personalised tutoring sessions.
- Conduct a baseline assessment to inform session planning.
- Plan lessons with provided PPA time.
