A leading logistics and freight company in Purfleet is seeking an Export Clerk/Administrator. This role involves preparing export documentation, handling Air Waybills, and providing customer quotes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and has strong interpersonal skills. Training will be provided for those new to the industry. This position offers a starting salary of £30,000 and benefits including annual leave and healthcare contributions.

Responsabilidades
- Prepare and manage export documentation.
- Complete customs entries (limited role).
- Handle Air Waybills (AWBs) and House Air Waybills (HAWBs).
- Generate and process invoices.
- Provide quotations to clients.
- Communicate with customers and overseas agents.
- Carry out general administrative duties.
Conocimientos
Location: Purfleet
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 (40 hours/week, unpaid lunch break)
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Starting from £30,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Export Clerk/Administrator to join our clients established Freight Forwarding team based in Purfleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a respected and hardworking group committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
- Preparing and managing export documentation
- Completing customs entries (limited part of the role)
- Handling Air Waybills (AWBs) and House Air Waybills (HAWBs)
- Generating and processing invoices
- Providing quotations to both existing and prospective clients
- Communicating with customers and overseas agents
- Carrying out general administrative duties
- A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in export and customer service within the freight industry is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach to work
