Responsibilities

  • Process supplier purchase invoices and staff expenses.
  • Ensure accurate coding of invoices to job codes and nominal accounts.
  • Manage supplier queries and build relationships.
  • Reconcile supplier ledgers and statements.
  • Maintain company credit card reconciliations.
  • Record incoming payments and remittances.
  • Support credit control and debtor reporting.
  • Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Assist with audits and ad hoc financial reporting.

We are working with a creative organisation that partners with clients who want to do things differently through communication and advertising

I’m looking for a Finance Assistant to support both the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger functions. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices and staff expenses, maintaining ledgers, running payments, and providing general support across the finance team.

This is a hands‑on role offering exposure to all areas of transactional finance. You’ll need to be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working to monthly deadlines, with good communication skills when dealing with non‑financial colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier purchase invoices and staff expenses
