- Ability to work safely and collaboratively with colleagues and therapists
- Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Support SEN pupils during hydro pool therapy sessions
- Assist with planning and preparation of pool-based activities
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and safety in the water
- Work closely with therapists, teachers, and support staff
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
