Role Overview:
The Sales Acquisition Manager will lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to meet and exceed new customer acquisition targets in the apprenticeship market. The role involves communicating the value of apprenticeship programmes, handling objections, and securing new business to meet induction targets. The manager will reinforce a competitive and consultative sales approach aligned with business objectives.
The manager will oversee daily sales activities, ensure best practices in prospect engagement, pitching, and closing deals, and drive performance through a data-driven approach to growth.
