Roles and responsibilities but not limited to :

  • New Business Development: Identify and win new customer sites across the region, focusing on increasing brand reach and unlocking new business opportunities.
  • Account Growth: Support and grow existing customer accounts by increasing repeat sales and introducing new products.
  • Brand Activation: Boost brand awareness at customer sites through sampling, merchandising, POS placement, and close collaboration with brand partners.
  • Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships, acting as the key point of contact for customers. Collect feedback, manage delivery expectations, and ensure an exceptional service experience
  • Territory Planning: Work closely with management to optimise your territory, maximise growth opportunities, and share market insights with the wider sales team.
  • Sales Reporting: Regularly review sales performance, using CRM systems to keep the team updated on market trends, successes, and opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (this can include retail, telesales, or field-based roles).
  • Energetic, engaging, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A confident communicator who can adapt their approach to different audiences and deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset and a desire to drive results through partnerships.
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable using data and CRM systems to track performance and spot opportunities.
  • A full, clean driving license is advantageous due to the field-based nature of the role.
