We are seeking a highly experienced Design Lead to work within an Engineering team. The primary objective of this role is to enhance the design delivery function by providing strong, people-focused leadership to a team of project-based Design Delivery Managers.

This role will enable the generation of ideas to increase design supplier productivity and improve design throughput. It will also be responsible for developing robust data and reporting systems and managing design approval processes.

We are looking for someone eager to make a difference and initiate change, as this role will play a key part in enhancing design capabilities.

What the role will involve:

• Contributing to the organisation's digital transformation initiatives related to design delivery
• Identifying opportunities for leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Providing expert guidance and support to delivery teams on technical design matters
