Civils Site Foreman
Job Location: Sligo
INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Site Foreman for a busy Contractor for the civils works on residential projects in Sligo.
The client is keen to pay the right candidate a competitive salary.
Civils Site Foreman Role:
- Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
- Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
- Attending weekly management team meeting
- Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
- Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site
Civils Site Foreman Requirements:
- 5 years+ experience as a foreman on civil engineering projects including groundworks, roads, utilities and concrete
- Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Background in carpentry would be beneficial
- An understanding of site levels, and be able to set up and use a pipe laser
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- PC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etc
