The Learning Integration Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of internal projects that educate Deloitte practitioners about the CoRe KS products and services, and how to leverage them effectively in support of their client work.

Working with colleagues across the globe, key activities include developing, delivering and customizing KS-learning content for a variety of internal audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and enhances Knowledge Exchange (KX) learning content in a variety of formats to support different audience learning needs.
  • Produces and updates eLearning courses, with an emphasis on micro-learning formats, and conducts ongoing assessments of existing materials to recommend and execute updates for greater impact,
  • Works with member firm, business and industry stakeholders to support customization of learning content to meet their specific audience’s needs
  • Supports the delivery of live, online events such as KX learning webinars, including developing supporting materials
  • Collaborates with offshore Creative Services team members to co-develop influential and effective learning assets.

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent required; relevant areas of study may include corporate learning, education, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Relevant related experience: experience in an internal learning role in a global professional services organization preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced skills working with Microsoft Office applications; mastery-level skills for MS Power Point Word, and Teams.
  • eLearning course authoring skills in Articulate (preferably Storyline), Brainshark and Captivate; direct experience authoring and publishing eLearning courses end-to-end, including all steps from idea generation to LMS deployment
  • Experience with electronic knowledge, repository management, intranets/portals, collaborative and social media tools; SharePoint experience a plus.

Other Qualifications

  • Experienced, self-starter with proven project management experience; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and stakeholders and deliver results.
  • Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Highly responsive with demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management.
  • Collaborative, team player.
  • High comfort level working with colleagues across various global time zones, and collaborating in a virtual, global environment.
