London - Hybrid
£45,000 - £61,000 + bonus & package
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term, strategic relationships and enjoys working on complex transactions without the intense "burnout" often associated with M&A roles. Having placed a number of candidates within this team, we know it\'s a great place to work and develop your M&A skills.
You\'ll be collaborating with owner-managed businesses, private equity firms, and family-owned organisations during crucial stages of their growth and transition, focusing on long-term planning and preparation before, during, and after transactions. This includes:
Working cross-functionally with Mid-Markets, Corporate Finance, Private Business, and Private Client teams, this role allows you to influence and deliver holistic solutions that balance business and personal priorities for clients.
If you enjoy the intellectually stimulating side of M&A but want a more balanced approach to advisory, this is the ideal opportunity! This client will look at candidates from Big 4 (who would like a more collaborative approach), Mid-tier / Challenger firms ( to gain the Big 4 international reach) or In-House (for candidates who are keen to get back a varied role).
