About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team to meet the increasing demand for our specialist services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with responsibility, eager to work in a dynamic environment, and capable of managing multiple engagements with different teams simultaneously.

Our Transfer Pricing Network: provides advice on all aspects of the UK and international transfer pricing regime, including arm's length comparables, policy formulation and documentation, tax audit defense, advanced pricing agreements, and reviewing the tax impact of business changes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter expert
• Conduct transfer pricing planning and implementation
• Coordinate European and global transfer pricing projects with specialists across our network
• Support companies through business changes such as manufacturing footprint adjustments, supply chain restructuring, IP planning, and transfer of manufacturing to low-cost jurisdictions
• Assist in pricing intercompany financing transactions, including long-term debt and cash pooling

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA), or equivalent professional qualification, or relevant work experience
• Proven track record of delivering quality client work and maintaining professional standards under tight deadlines
• Ability to build relationships within the UK and internationally
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, project management, and report writing skills
• Curiosity and problem-solving abilities within diverse teams
• Ability to apply tax technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment
