About the role

We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join RSM UK’s Data and Digital Technical Training team as a Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the Digital Skills 2.0 initiative, empowering staff across audit, tax, consulting and the AI Hub with cutting‑edge digital capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Shape the future of how RSM UK engages with digital and AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all service lines.
  • Drive the Digital Skills 2.0 initiative, ensuring staff are equipped with digital capabilities.
  • Build and nurture learning communities and best‑practice networks.
  • Deliver and champion bespoke training for new tools, agents, and prompt libraries.
  • Lead operational aspects, project management and cultural change initiatives.
What we are looking for
  • Strong data and digital skills and passion for digital transformation.
  • Experience delivering live digital skills training to a range of audiences at all levels.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering digital/data training at scale, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Understanding of learning experience platforms (LXPs), Microsoft Suite (Fabric, Power BI) and editing tools such as Camtasia.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing complex relationships and driving cultural change.
  • Operational leadership, project management and excellent communication skills.
  • Agility to adapt quickly to technological change.
