Role Overview: They seek an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the power generation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the power generation sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling for power generation leadership roles.
• Create candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client briefing to placement.
• Contribute to business development and new client acquisition.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and deliver results.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
• Successful senior-level placement track record, preferably in power generation.
• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

• Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies and candidate management systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
