A leading financial institution is looking for a skilled individual to lead governance and reporting within their Customer Services & Operations team in a hybrid role. You will oversee crucial reporting tasks, deliver insights into business performance, and manage a small team. Salary Range: £52,800 - £66,000 per annum DOE + benefits
Location: UK Hybrid
Contract Type: Fixed term for up to circa 12 months
The Governance & Reporting team is central to supporting the safe and effective management of our operational business units. The team own our governance framework, manage reporting to Customer Services & Operations Leadership Team, Board and Executive level stakeholders and coordinate meaningful insight to drive effective decision making.
This role is pivotal in leading a small team of Specialists in owning our Customer Services & Operations and wider Group reporting, coordinating functional goals / priorities, overseeing cost/budgets, and driving business insight.
