• Source talent: Us LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools, and professional networks to identify and engage outstanding candidates.
• Lead early careerst: Lead trainee attraction campaigns and represent Stepnell at careers fairs.
• Own the recruitment journey: Write engaging job adverts, manage applications, coordinate interviews, maintain our ATS, and oversee the offer process.
• Interview & shortlist: Conduct interviews and present hiring managers with strong shortlists.
• Measure & improve: Track key recruitment metrics and help drive continuous improvement.
• Promote our brand: Partner with Marketing to enhance our employer brand and showcase our culture.

• Recruitment experience: You might be a Resourcer ready to take on full end-to‑end recruitment, or an experienced Recruiter looking for a fresh challenge.
• Strong organisation & attention to detail: You can juggle multiple priorities and keep processes running smoothly.
• Confident communication: You build trust easily with candidates, hiring managers, and partners.
• Tech‑savvy mindset: Comfortable using ATS/CMS systems and digital tools.
• People passion: You care about delivering an exceptional candidate journey and positive employee experience.
• Nice to have: Experience in social media or employer brand campaigns, early careers initiatives, or construction recruitment.
