Collection's hotels. Working closely with the Cluster HR Manager and the Head of People & Culture, the role ensures that recruitment activities align with Montcalm's luxury standards and people-first philosophy. As a key member of the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Executive manages the full recruitment lifecycle‑from job posting and candidate engagement to onboarding and induction—while supporting broader HR initiatives related to employer branding, workforce planning, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple properties and departments.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high‑calibre hospitality professionals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Organise and lead open recruitment days to attract diverse hospitality talent.
- Build strong partnerships with hospitality schools, colleges, and universities to engage and attract graduate students.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote Montcalm's employer brand through exceptional candidate experience.
- Represent the organisation professionally at external recruitment events, hospitality fairs, and school partnerships.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes with precision.
- Manage interview scheduling, selection, references, and right‑to‑work checks.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in HR systems (Harri).
- Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
- Leverage data insights to improve recruitment performance.
- Develop engaging and creative recruitment marketing content for social media and other digital channels.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Support engagement initiatives and induction programmes for new joiners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting Montcalm's values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination (hospitality or service industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and UK employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
\ - Experience using HRIS or ATS platforms (Harri or similar) essential.
- CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or working towards Level 5 preferred.

Location & Working Hours
Based at Montcalm Collection Hotels, with occasional cross‑property support. Office‑based with flexibility for remote work when required. Occasional evening or weekend support for recruitment events or urgent staffing needs.
