A recruiting firm in the City of London seeks a Senior Software Engineer specializing in C#.NET for a one-year fixed-term contract that could lead to a permanent role. The candidate should have over 7 years in system development and 5 years in financial system development. Responsibilities include developing systems for financial institutions, designing functions from front to back end, and collaborating with teams. This hybrid role allows for both on-site and remote work, with a salary range of £55k to £65k.

- Participate in team‑based development
- Execute development tasks according to the project schedule
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth development
- Manage schedules and quality
- Conduct code reviews, unit/integration testing, and analyze results
- Required: Over 7 years of experience in system development using C#.NET
- Required: Over 5 years of experience in financial system development, especially in requirements
- Strong coordination skills with related departments and stakeholders
English (Business level)
Location: London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Style: Hybrid (on‑site at client location & remote work)
Employment Type: 1 year Fixed‑term contract (with potential for permanent conversion)
Salary: £55k – £65k
