We are looking for a project manager to join our growing translation agency. This is a rewarding role, in which you will communicate with clients and contractors from all over the world. 1. Management and processing of customer orders
2. Full project lifecycle coordination
3. Customer support and care
4. Managing translators and other linguists to ensure projects are delivered correctly
5. Providing excellent customer service to clients and subcontractors
6. Sourcing and recruitment of subcontractors
7. Using in-house CRM software
8. Diary management

5. The ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines
6. Meticulous attention to detail
