A leading home care provider in the UK is looking for a Care Coordinator to join its Swansea branch. The role involves supporting the Registered Care Manager, ensuring the highest standards of care and service for clients, and actively participating in recruitment and business development. Candidates should hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care and have supervisory experience in the care sector. The position offers great opportunities for career progression and an annual salary of £28,500.

Being a Care Coordinator with Helping Hands is about more than just rota management. You will be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with recruitment, business development and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care.

To be successful in this role you need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, experience of working within the care sector at a supervisory level, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
£28,500 per year
