A leading tech company in Shrewsbury is seeking an IT Business Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in system development. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have knowledge of PL SQL and AGILE methodologies, and meet educational requirements including 5 GCSEs. This position offers an opportunity to work on impactful business solutions.
Qualifikationen
- 2+ years in IT Business Analysis/System Development.
- Experience using various requirements elicitation techniques.
- Knowledge of AGILE methodology.

- Able to lead system requirements workshops
- Able to elicit elaborate and model business/system/data requirements
- Demonstrable excellent inter‑personal, communication, presentation, planning and organisational skills
- Able to provide accurate information to support cost‑effective, consistent, controlled Business Solutions
- Able to develop expert Business and Actuarial Support knowledge
- Experience in using a variety of different requirements elicitation and elaboration techniques
- Knowledge of PL SQL
- Knowledge of AGILE methodology
- Understanding of Oracle data structures
- Knowledge of testing techniques, processes and deliverables
- 2 years or more in IT Business Analysis / System Development
- Experience of working in AGILE/Iterative development environment
- Technical software development experience
- Experience of using Enterprise Architect, Unified Modelling Language (UML), Agile modelling techniques
- 5 GCSEs of Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
- Life & Pensions Foundation (LF1) or its equivalent
- Formal training in AGILE methodology (as part of the BCS Diploma) or other AGILE training e.g. Certified Scrum product owner
