A healthcare organization in Stevenage is looking for an enthusiastic hand therapist to join their therapy team. The role involves performing assessments and rehabilitation for hand therapy patients, including the use of splinting. With opportunities for supervision and professional development, they offer a supportive work environment. Candidates should have a relevant degree and clinical skills in occupational therapy or physiotherapy, and the position offers a salary range of £38,682 to £46,580 per annum, pro rata.

- Must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes.
- Knowledge of anatomy related to hands and high interest in injuries, splinting, and rehabilitation.
- Ability to establish rapport with patients and the multi-disciplinary team.
Responsabilidades
- Perform advanced assessment and treatment of hand therapy patients.
- Assist in clinical diagnosis, maintain records autonomously.
- Conduct evidence-based audits and contribute to service protocols.
