Driver Hire is looking for a Cat C Driver to drive a Concrete Drum Mixer. Our client is a relatively small, local, privately owned and run business.

You will be delivering concrete to a mix of building and residential sites. The business owner will provide full training if you have never used a drum mixer before. Even a newly qualified Cat C driver will be considered if you have the right background and attitude.

You must be capable and confident in your ability.

**** Benefits, Hours and Pay of the Cat C, Drum Mixer Driver ****

• £39,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday
• 7am start

**** Responsibilities of the Cat C, Drum Mixer Driver ****

• Delivering concrete to multiple customer sites
• Be capable of operating machinery and carrying out routine vehicle checks
• Making sure that the load is correctly secured
• Deal with customers in a professional manner
• Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Adhere to drivers’ hours and tacho regulations

**** Requirements of the Cat C, Drum Mixer Driver ****

• Cat C licence (HGV Class 2)
• CPC card
• Verifiable references
• Max 6 minor penalty points
