- Be a fully qualified Architect with ARB registration
- Demonstrate excellent design, technical and organisational skills
- Have strong visual, creative and CAD capabilities
- Communicate confidently with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Be proactive, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
