Principal AI/ML Engineer: Architect Scalable AI Platforms
Job summary
A global travel solutions company is seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to architect and operationalise the next generation of AI solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and leadership to deliver scalable AI initiatives with measurable business impact. Key responsibilities include designing AI/ML pipelines, mentoring engineers, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, with solid experience in AI technologies and programming skills in Python.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to design and productionise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Hands-on experience building agent-based AI solutions deployed in production environments.
- Demonstrated success in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying ML/DL models.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML pipelines aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and deploy advanced ML, DL, and LLM models.
- Implement monitoring and observability for AI systems.
