1. Experience: 5+ years in digital or mixed-signal design, with a strong focus on IC architecture.
2. Education: BEng or MEng in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
3. Skills: Proficiency in digital IP development, low power management techniques, and EDA tools. Familiarity with DfT and DfM methodologies is advantageous.
4. Communication: Strong ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with global teams.
