We are delighted to be instructed on this Private Client role by our client, a full-service law firm with offices across Scotland. The firm is currently recruiting a qualified solicitor to join its well-established Private Client department in Aberdeen.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of PQE and experience or training in all aspects of private client matters, including advising on and preparing various types of wills, powers of attorney, and the administration of executry estates. An understanding of trusts would be preferred but is not essential.
