The Firm :

The Employment Team, a key part of the firm's broader business division, offers expert advice on a variety of employment matters, including day-to-day guidance for employers, navigating complex corporate transitions, handling workplace disputes and employment claims, and managing redundancies. The team also provides strategic counsel on settlement agreements and employment contracts.

The Firm are looking for a talented Employment Solicitor to bring their skills to a growing team and further develop their legal expertise. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' PQE in employment law, preferably within a commercial practice, and possess a strong academic background.

The role involves:

• Providing expert advice to employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Leading on employment-related issues, developing the confidence to manage and guide clients through complex matters.
• Drafting and reviewing settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies, and HR documentation.
• Supporting senior colleagues with Employment Tribunal claims.
• Staying informed on evolving employment laws and regulations.
• Promoting the firm through networking opportunities and social media engagement.
• Supporting the delivery of training and guidance to HR professionals and management on key employment law topics.

The successful candidate will have :

• A minimum of 2 years' PQE in employment law, ideally gained in a commercial law firm.
• A strong academic record.
• An eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
