The Role :

• Drafting and preparing Wills, Trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and other tax planning strategies.
• Managing probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicating with clients to provide clear, understandable advice while considering their unique circumstances.
• Developing relationships with clients, providing expert and sensitive guidance.

Key Requirements:

• Private Client Solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE.
