Residential Property Lawyer - Bristol

Chadwick Nott is instructed by a well-established regional practice seeking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Bristol offices.

The successful candidate will handle a full spectrum of residential property transactions from inception to post-completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions. Additionally, you will assist senior members with high-net-worth transactions, shared ownership, and new build developments.

You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have proven experience working within a conveyancing team.
